H.B. Fuller is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Northbrook, IL on-site for the 1st shift (6:30 am – 3:00 pm) to support safe, accurate and efficient warehouse operations, including material handling, packing, shipping and inventory tasks.

You will operate forklifts, perform cycle counts, and maintain records while collaborating with production and customer service to meet goals. A high school diploma and 2+ years in warehouse/logistics are required, with basic computer skills and ability to lift up

Warehouse Worker

1st Shift: 6:30a- 3:00p

Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. This role is responsible for material handling, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence while supporting production and customer service goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Perform inventory transactions and cycle count activities.
• Load and unload trucks according to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Follow housekeeping, safety, and quality procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-functional warehouse activities.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory transactions.
• Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Preferred Requirements

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or similar software.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $24.03/hr.
