H.B. Fuller is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations in Northbrook, IL. You will handle materials, inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment to support production and customer service goals.

First shift 6:30a–3:00p, high school diploma required, 2+ years in warehousing or logistics, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift certification is a plus and experience with WMS or SAP is preferred.

Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. This role is responsible for material handling, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence while supporting production and customer service goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Perform inventory transactions and cycle count activities.
• Load and unload trucks according to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Follow housekeeping, safety, and quality procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-functional warehouse activities.

Preferred Requirements

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or similar software.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $24.03/hr.
