ManpowerGroup is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, for a Warehouse Worker in North Little Rock, AR. This role supports the Rework/Value Added Services team and focuses on reliability, safety, and quality.

The position offers 2nd shift from 4pm to 2:30am, with pay $19-$21 per hour, based on shift. Training provided; no prior experience required. Opportunities for growth within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the Rework/Value Added Services department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR

Pay Range: $19-$21 per hour based on shift

Shift: 2 nd shift (Monday-Thursday 4pm-230am)

What's the Job?

• Rework and add value to products through offloading trailers, repackaging, relabeling, and other tasks
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading and distribution
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• Utilize warehouse management systems to electronically scan and track products
• Perform quality control by identifying and removing damaged products upon receipt
