Job summary

EXP Group LLC in New Jersey is seeking reliable warehouse workers for our refrigerated produce facility. This full-time role features a fast-paced environment, a 6-day weekly schedule, steady hours, and weekly overtime.

Qualified candidates have experience in supermarkets or warehouses, can lift 50 lbs, and are comfortable working in cold conditions (34–40°F). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage produce orders for delivery.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Restock, organize, and rotate product following FIFO and food safety standards.
• Operate pallet jacks and possibly forklifts (certification required or not).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe during the shift.
• Accurately scan and record all product movement.

About the role

We're hiring reliable warehouse workers for our New Jersey facility. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced, refrigerated produce environment, on a consistent 6-day schedule with steady hours and weekly overtime.

Have you worked in a supermarket or grocery store? If you've stocked shelves, rotated product, worked the produce section, or unloaded delivery trucks — you already have the experience we're looking for. That same work ethic and product handling is exactly what this job takes, at warehouse scale and with full-time hours.

What you'll do

• Pick, pack, and stage produce orders for delivery, accurately and on time
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Restock, organize, and rotate product following FIFO and food safety standards
• Operate pallet jacks [and/or forklifts — confirm certification requirement]
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
• Accurately scan and record all product movement

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarkets, grocery stores, restocking/merchandising, warehouses, or other hands-on physical work — we'll train you on the rest
• Availability to work a 6-day weekly schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in refrigerated conditions (34–40°F)
• Dependable attendance — the team counts on each other
• Forklift certification a plus, not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
