Job summary

EXP Group is hiring reliable warehouse workers for our night shift team in a refrigerated produce environment. This hands-on role keeps orders moving and ready for next-day delivery.

You will pick, pack, and stage produce, load/unload trailers, and operate pallet jacks while maintaining food safety standards. Forklift certification is a plus and bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, production, or physical labor preferred; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in refrigerated conditions (34–40°F).
• Dependable attendance; the night crew counts on each other.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage produce orders for next-day delivery, accurately and on time.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks.
• Rotate product and follow FIFO and food safety standards at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
• Accurately scan and record all product movement.
