Job summary

EXP Group in New Jersey is hiring reliable warehouse workers for our refrigerated produce facility. This full-time, 6-day-per-week role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment with steady hours and overtime opportunities.

If you have experience stocking, rotating, or unloading deliveries, you already have the right background. Expect training on processes and safety standards, with room to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarkets, groceries, warehouses, or similar hands-on work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in refrigerated conditions (34–40°F).
• Willing to work a 6-day weekly schedule with steady hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage produce orders for delivery, accurately and on time.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Restock, organize, and rotate product following FIFO and food safety standards.
• Operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts if certified.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
• Accurately scan and record all product movement.

About the role

We're hiring reliable warehouse workers for our New Jersey facility. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced, refrigerated produce environment, on a consistent 6-day schedule with steady hours and weekly overtime.

Have you worked in a supermarket or grocery store? If you've stocked shelves, rotated product, worked the produce section, or unloaded delivery trucks — you already have the experience we're looking for. That same work ethic and product handling is exactly what this job takes, at warehouse scale and with full-time hours.

What you'll do
