Job Description

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for daily operations related to NBCU’s feature-films and episodic TV productions. Responsibilities include maintaining and upkeeping rental equipment, fulfilling equipment orders, and ensuring the safety and organization of the warehouse environment. You will maintain close relationships with production representatives to support production needs. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

What You’ll Do:

1. Ensure all equipment is ready for rental.
2. Maintain rental equipment to keep up with production demands.
3. Identify equipment needing maintenance or repair.
4. Pull and prep all orders accurately for production crews.
5. Anticipate equipment shortages and monitor high-demand items.
6. Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing equipment.
7. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the shop.
8. Handle pickup and delivery of equipment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the Film/Television industry.
• 2+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with Set Lighting and Grip equipment.
• On-set production or equipment rental house experience.
• Experience managing production schedule timing.
• Lighting repair experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory tracking systems like RTPro.
