Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented Warehouse Associate in Tampa. You will lift, push, and pull cases, operate pallet-jack equipment, and use voice-picking technology to select orders.

We offer a pathway to higher pay after 6 months, benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, parental and fertility benefits, and wellness programs. This on-site role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for entire shift and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Experience or comfort with using headset-based picking systems and voice-picking
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (hot/cool)
• Demonstrates teamwork and fast-paced performance in a warehouse setting

Responsibilities

• Lift, push, and pull cases of products during shifts
• Select and pick orders using provided equipment and voice-system
• Shrink wrap pallets for shipment and prepare them for loading
• Stock handling and moving pallets around the warehouse
• Maintain safety and efficiency on a fast-paced team

We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy staying active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

Total Rewards: Pay starting at $23.64 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.86 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
