Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking a warehouse associate at the SCP Magnolia location in Magnolia, TX. The role requires operating a forklift, pulling and packing orders, loading deliveries, and maintaining inventory with regular audits.

The position offers a structured daytime schedule and potential for performance bonuses. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safe forklift operation, and maintaining a clean and efficient facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location: SCP Magnolia, TX- 249; 330 Corporate Woods Dr, Magnolia, Texas 77354 Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., occasional Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
