Job summary

POOLCORP is hiring a Warehouse Associate in San Bernardino, CA. The role supports the team by accurately receiving and pulling orders in a fast-paced environment, with regular order preparation for delivery or pickup.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments and logs into inventory, with regular audits.
• Communicates with supervisors, sales staff and customers to coordinate deliveries/pickups.
• Operates forklift safely, maintains certification, and conducts vehicle safety checks.
• Keeps the facility clean, neat and safe.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $21-$23/ hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses

Work Hours: Monday- Friday 6:30am-3pm

What to Expect? The Warehouse Associate supports the team and our customers by accurately and safely receiving/pulling orders in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

The compensation range for this position in CA is between $21.00 and $22.00/hr based on a full-time schedule. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commissions plans as well as relocation or cost of living adjustments.
