JOIN THE PSC FAMILY: Warehouse Worker

Position: Warehouse Worker

Location: Louisville, KY

Work Schedule: 12 Hour Rotating Shift (Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays)

Pay Range: $24.00 - $25.25 per hour

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Operate process equipment safely and efficiently to convert customer products into bulk and 50 lb. bags; use sit-down forklift for transporting materials.
2. Familiarize with the packaging process, including equipment names and descriptions.
3. Learn troubleshooting procedures for equipment and packing processes.
4. Safely load products onto containers or trailers, ensuring securement.
5. Perform quality control by testing samples in the lab.
6. Complete paperwork and labels accurately.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
2. May require a valid Driver's License and/or TWIC card depending on location.
3. Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
4. Pass drug screening, physical, and background checks.
5. Military experience and ability to follow procedures are a plus.
