Job summary

Capitol Group, a local distributor serving Illinois and Missouri, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to ensure safe, timely product delivery and to keep an organized warehouse. Candidates should live within 20 minutes of the facility and be able to work 10:00am–7:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The role requires a high school diploma and warehouse experience; you will handle loading, inventory, and routine maintenance while collaborating with teammates to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers, as well as, maintaining an organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company equipment
• Load and unload product
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure timely restocking of goods
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of warehouse distribution experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Shift

Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm

Pay Rate

$22.22 per hour plus quarterly Bonus opportunity of up to $700 per month
