Job summary

Stem Xpert is seeking a production worker in the United States to support assembly lines and ensure safety and quality. You will follow safety guidelines, wear PPE, and operate basic equipment to keep production moving.

You'll bend, stoop, kneel as needed, assemble components, inspect parts, report defects, and help with clean-up and organization under SCORE standards. The role involves routine machine operation and periodic safety checks, plus additional duties as assigned to maintain

Responsibilities

• Following general safety guidelines
• Bend stoop and kneel
• Keep pace of production line
• Wear appropriate PPE
• Assembles smaller components onto larger components.
• Inspects parts for quality.
• Detects and reports defective materials to the supervisor.
• Conducts machine operation and safety checks at prescribed intervals.
• Performs general clean-up and organization of work area (SCORE- Safety, Cleanliness, Organization, Responsiveness, and Efficiency).
• Other duties as assigned to maintain production.
