Job summary

Stem Xpert in Ohio is seeking a production associate to join our assembly line. You will follow safety guidelines, wear PPE, bend, stoop and kneel as required, and keep pace with the line.

Responsibilities include assembling smaller components onto larger ones, inspecting parts for quality, reporting defects, conducting machine operation and safety checks, keeping the work area clean, organized, responsive, and efficient, and performing other duties as assigned.

• Detects and reports defective materials to supervisor.
• Conducts machine operation and safety checks on prescribed intervals.
• Performs general clean-up and organization of work area (SCORE- Safety, Cleanliness, Organization, Responsiveness, and Efficiency).
• Other duties as assigned to maintain production.
