Job Summary

Work in a Sysco warehouse as a vital part of the foodservice supply chain. Warehouse Selectors pick orders for delivery to local foodservice venues.

This is an active, physical role involving operating an electric pallet jack and/or forklift.

Responsibilities include organizing and palletizing products to assemble customer orders.

Other duties as assigned.

Work in a safe environment, often in areas with temperature and humidity variations depending on weather and product type (non-refrigerated, refrigerated, frozen).

Must be at least 18 years old.

Frequently lift products weighing 10lb - 75lbs, up to 100lbs.

Frequently reach up to 72 inches.

Regularly bend and twist while operating equipment and retrieving products from lower shelves.

Work in extreme temperatures (cooler and/or freezer).

Stand for 10-12 hours daily.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• 1 year experience in warehousing, military, or physically active jobs.
• 1 year of selection experience.
• Two or more years of consistent work history preferred.
