Job Summary

We are urgently hiring reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidates will assist with the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and care in handling.
  2. Organize and store inventory in the appropriate locations.
  3. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  4. Prepare orders for shipment, including packing and labeling items.
  5. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Basic math and record-keeping abilities.
  5. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
