Job description

If you have an eye for precision, a steady hand, and a passion for quality craftsmanship, we want you to be part of our growing team in North Fort Worth. As a Fabric Operator in our blinds production facility, you’ll be at the heart of transforming premium fabrics into beautiful, custom-designed window solutions.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Fabric Operator, using a mechanical machinist to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and processing fabric used in the assembly of custom blinds. You’ll operate specialized cutting equipment, manage fabric inventory, and ensure all materials meet quality standards before assembly.

Shift : Monday – Friday, 2pm-10 : 30pm (open flexibility to work 34- 40 hours)

Pay : $18 hourly

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate automated and manual fabric cutting machines accurately.
• Accurately measuring, making, and cutting it according to patterns or specifications
• Ensure minimal waste and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Understanding of operating and feeding machines
• Understanding of reading a tape measure
• Ability to work independent and collaborating with team

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in textile manufacturing or fabric handling is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read measurements accurately and handle fabric materials with care.
• Familiarity with industrial cutting equipment is a plus.
• Good physical stamina (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
