John Tillman Company, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our facility in Fairfield. This position involves functions such as picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, and managing stock in the warehouse. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have prior warehouse experience.

Day Shift: Monday - Friday (overtime as needed)

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders according to pick tickets and process in the system.
• Wrap and label pallets; load trucks as required.
• Operate industrial forklift (training provided).
• Conduct bin walks and check for empty bins.
• Align and level pallets in slots.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist other warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Warehouse equipment experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills with accuracy and efficiency.
• Dependable team player.
• Ability to lift over 40 lbs and frequently lift 20-45 lbs.
• Work at heights up to 21 feet with safety equipment and training.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
