Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Duration: 1 year initially with possibility of extension

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Location: Columbus, Ohio

This opportunity supports warehouse operations through accurate inventory handling, order picking, material movement, and delivery activity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves working with forklift and pallet jack equipment, maintaining safe storage areas, processing materials for job sites, and supporting efficient inventory control. This position offers the chance to contribute to day-to-day operational performance while working across indoor and outdoor conditions with a strong focus on safety, organisation, and teamwork.

Required Education

• High school diploma or GED

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience handling inbound merchandise and processing inventory movements

Required Skills

• Ability to read and pull orders accurately
• Ability to move inventory and materials across facilities using a forklift or pallet jack
• Ability to process inventory for deliveries to job sites
• Ability to update logs and documentation for inventory processing
• Ability to identify damaged, missing, incorrect, or short-shipped items and report issues promptly
• Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to operate a motorised passenger vehicle or forklift safely
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, cold, and wind
• Ability to enter text or data into a computer using a keyboard or numeric keypad
• Ability to use arms and hands to reach overhead, signal, grab, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull objects and tools

Required Certifications
