With our Flex Scheduling options, a true work-life balance is within reach at US Foods! Multiple full-time night shifts and schedules are available, including 5-day and 4-day weeks.

Schedules include:

• Monday through Thursday, 4:00 pm until selection ends. For Freezer selectors and 5:00 pm until selection ends for Cooler and Dry selectors.
• All Selectors: Friday

Main Responsibilities

As a US Foods Night Warehouse Selector, you will be responsible for preparing customer orders that grow our business, prioritizing safety above all else. We work as a team to deliver accurate and damage-free orders. Your efforts are the foundation of US Foods' success, based on our cultural pillars of work ethic, collaboration, and service.

Qualifications

Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday.

Weekend and holiday work may be required at times.

Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high-endurance or highly physical roles preferred.

Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.

Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred.

Physical Requirements

Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly; moving over 1,000 cases per shift.

Compensation depends on experience, education, skills, location, and other factors. The expected base rate is between $20.60 and $25 per hour, with additional overtime, incentive pay based on productivity and quality, and a freezer premium.
