Job summary

Aspen Infusion in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Worker to pick, pack, and ship materials to internal and external customers with accuracy and timeliness.

You will transport, sort, and stock supplies, operate equipment like hand dollies and pallet jacks, and maintain a safe, clean work environment while supporting inventory processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of related material handling or warehouse experience.
  • Willingness to obtain AZ CPhT Trainee License within 2 weeks of employment.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Transports materials using hand dolly, forklift, pallet jack, or elevator.
  • Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Sorts and stocks materials on racks, shelves, or bins per inventory procedures.
  • Picks, packs, and ships materials and products.
  • Maintains a safe, clean working environment and supports audits.
  • Prepares required reports and complies with management requests.

JOB TITLE: Warehouse Worker

EMPLOYER: Twelfth One, LLC dba Aspen Infusion

DEPARTMENT: Pharmacy

REPORTS TO: Pharmacy Technician Supervisor

SUMMARY: Picks, packs, and ships supplies and materials to internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transports, sorts, and stocks materials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish tasks, including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, and/or elevator.
  • Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
  • Picks, packs, and ships materials and products.
  • Processes all packages for shipping; processes returned merchandise.
  • Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed.
  • Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
  • Participates in quality improvement efforts.
  • Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • One to two years of related experience or equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain AZ CPhT Trainee License within 2 weeks of employment
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods

  • Occasional exposure to bloodborne and airborne pathogens or infectious materials
