Job summary

LinQ Global Group is seeking a Printing Support/Warehouse Worker in Charlestown, MA to run offset presses, assist with digital printing, and handle mailroom duties. The role supports production across the printshop and requires lifting up to 50 pounds and operating pallet jacks.

This is a 3-month contract with a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–12:00 PM schedule. The ideal candidate has pressroom experience or mechanical aptitude and is willing to train on AB Dick 9780, Ryobi 3302, and SuperWeb presses.

Qualifications

• Background in pressman duties or mechanical aptitude with ability to be trained on listed equipment.
• Familiarity operating offset presses such as AB Dick 9780, Ryobi 3302, or continuous feed SuperWeb press.
• Willingness to assist in digital printing and mailroom departments as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Demonstrated ability to operate both manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions from supervisors, directors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate various offset printing presses to execute daily document production runs.
• Run print production tasks on an AB Dick 9780, Ryobi 3302, and/or continuous feed SuperWeb press.
• Provide secondary operational assistance and support with digital printers across the facility as needed.
• Assist with daily mailroom operations, document sorting, and dispatch processing as required.
• Maintain flexibility to provide assistance in other functional areas of the printshop floor.
• Safely lift, move, and position paper stock, press supplies, and finished production materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Operate manual pallet jacks to maneuver material loads and stock across the print facility floor.
• Utilize electric pallet jacks safely to transport heavy pallets and inventory throughout the workspace.
• Receive and follow operational instructions, guidance, and feedback from the director, supervisor, and coworkers.
• Apply mechanical aptitude to complete training on listed press equipment and document production tools.
• Maintain reliable attendance for the daily 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM shift schedule (Monday through Friday).
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized press, digital printing, and mailroom work areas.
