Job Opportunity: Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Build pallets safely and efficiently to minimize product damage and optimize trailer space.
2. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and Vocollect devices safely.
3. Conduct order audits for accuracy and quality.
4. Maintain knowledge of product quality standards and requirements.
5. Report daily quality issues to management through reports and communication channels.
6. Ensure the integrity of the cold chain for temperature-sensitive loads.
7. Work in cold environments and lift weights ranging from 20-25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts over 50 pounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with operating a pallet jack, forklift, and Vocollect preferred.

Note: Frozen positions earn an additional $2.00/hour.
