Job summary

Performance Contracting Group (PCI) in Anaheim, CA is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Worker/Driver for our Los Angeles 107 branch. You will support warehouse operations, assist with order pulling, loading, packaging, shipping and receiving.

This safety-sensitive role requires a valid driver's license, DOT certification with box truck experience, forklift certification, ability to lift 40 lbs, and good communication. OT may be required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and pass PCG’s MVR.
• DOT certification with box truck driving experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and perform heavy lifting.
• Good communication skills.
• Prolonged standing and outdoor work.
• Some overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety standards and requirements.
• Assist in warehouse functions: order pulling, loading, packaging, shipping, receiving.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Check orders for accuracy.
• Determine appropriate storage locations with safety and product protection in mind.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and free of debris.

PCI is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Worker/Driver for our PCI Los Angeles 107 branch operations based in Anaheim, CA.

Job Description

• Follow all safety standards and requirements
• Assist in warehouse functions consisting of order pulling, truck loading, packaging, shipping, receiving and material handling.
• Operate forklift in a safe and responsible manner.
• Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
• Determines appropriate places for storage assuring that stocking and stacking conforms to safety procedures and product protection requirements.
• Ensure warehouse areas are kept clean, dry and free from debris.
• Driving - delivery.
• Mechanically inclined- Able to troubleshoot and/or fix small equipment, service, maintenance, etc.

The pay rate for this role is $21-$25 an hour based on experience.

Requirements

• Ability to perform basic math.
• No previous experience necessary.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prolonged periods standing and working outside.
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
• Must be able to perform regular heavy lifting when handling warehouse materials, lift 40 pounds at a time.
• Some overtime may be required.
• Good communication skills
• DOT certified with experience driving a box truck.
• Drug Screen required
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass PCG's MVR, (Motor Vehicle Report)
• Forklift certification required.
• Organization Skills to access email and coordinate delivery scheduling.
