Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, cranes, pallet jacks, order pickers to load, unload, move, and organize inventory.

• Perform manual handling tasks safely following OSHA regulations.
• Support shipping and receiving by preparing orders, verifying shipments, and labeling.
• Stock, pick, pack, and fulfill orders to meet customer demand.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, move, and organize inventory
• Assist with inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels using inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400
• Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and materials handling equipment operation following safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing orders for dispatch, verifying shipments against documentation, and ensuring proper packaging and labeling
• Conduct stock stocking, order picking, packing, and order fulfillment activities to meet customer demands efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety regulations and PPE use at all times
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall warehouse management practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 or similar platforms
• Certification or experience operating heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, crane operation, pallet jacks, and order pickers
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and materials handling best practices
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy loads regularly
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
• Strong understanding of safety regulations including OSHA standards and PPE requirements
• Mechanical knowledge or experience operating material handling equipment is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
• Prior experience in logistics or warehouse management is preferred but not required
