Job summary

Odessa College Central Services is seeking a reliable Warehouse Delivery Driver to support daily high-volume package receiving and deliveries. You will check in packages, update inventory records, and process deliveries using our delivery app to capture electronic signatures at delivery.

The role operates Monday–Friday on a Part-Time schedule (19 hours per week), with daily delivery responsibilities that may vary based on volume.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with high daily package volume.
• Strong data entry accuracy and verification skills.
• Comfort using apps and electronic systems (including signature capture).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to type and perform routine clerical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle (as required for delivery duties).

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse receiving tasks and check in packages.
• Verify shipment details and record package information.
• Assist with inventory tracking and basic reconciliation.
• Sort and prepare packages for delivery as needed.

This role is responsible for checking in packages, updating inventory records, preparing and processing deliveries, and using our delivery app to complete electronic signature capture at delivery.

Specific Position Duties

• Perform warehouse receiving tasks
• Checking in packages and verifying shipment details
• Recording package information accurately
• Assisting with inventory tracking and basic reconciliation
• Sorting and preparing packages for delivery as needed
• Updating records and maintaining accurate logs
• Entering package details into required systems
• Maintaining inventory and delivery documentation as assigned
• Use the delivery app to:
• Ensure deliveries are completed and documented properly
• Coordinate daily delivery routes and ensure timely delivery completion.
• Work Schedule.

Minimum Qualifications
