Job summary

R & D SPECIALTIES LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our supply chain operations near Odessa, TX. You will receive, inspect, and prepare shipments and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Able to stand and lift heavy objects and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory records and perform stock counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with shipping documentation and procedures.
