Style Crest Inc. is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver and Warehouse Support team member in Odessa, Texas. This role delivers products to customers on a schedule and assists with warehouse operations under the direction of the Branch Manager.

You will handle shipping paperwork, support inventory counts, and help route and load trucks while maintaining a positive customer image. Physical effort includes lifting up to 100 lbs and daily inspections of vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license and follow DOT driver requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Demonstrates reliability and a customer-focused approach.
• Accurate handling of shipping paperwork and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive company truck to deliver products to customers on scheduled routes.
• Assist in warehouse operations and inventory counts.
• Handle customer pickups of returns and damaged products.
• Collect payment from customers when required and maintain accurate records.
• Keep vehicle clean and perform daily pre/post-trip inspections.
• Coordinate with distribution staff to load trucks and route efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Additionally, you will assist with warehouse operations, working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:

• Handles customer pickups of returns and damage product
• Drives company truck for deliveries to customers
• Assists in inventory and cycle counts
• Collects payment from customer for delivered product when required
• Keeps assigned vehicle clean and practices good housekeeping
• Works with distribution staff to route and properly load all trucks
• All other duties as assigned by management
• Complete daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Completes assigned training as required
• Works in warehouse on occasion under the direction of distribution manager or and warehouse staff.

Requirements:

• Maintains accurate shipping paperwork.
• Should have good judgment and decision-making skills to properly handle product and load / unload trucks efficiently for safe, damage free delivery.
• Must have valid driver license and meet all DOT driver requirements. Clean MVR.
• Works with customers and other associates daily and should reflect positive image to the customer.
