Job summary

NorthEast Electrical in Worcester, MA is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay rate of $20.00–$21.00 per hour. This role involves loading/unloading trucks, inventory checks, packing, labeling, and data entry in Eclipse.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks and move material safely using forklift, pallet jack, or handcart.
• Count, inspect, and record items received or shipped.
• Assemble, package, label, palletize, and route materials for delivery or storage.
• Complete paperwork and data entry per procedures.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts and regular stock checks.
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Learn NorthEast policies, product knowledge, and Eclipse system usage.
• Assist customers and coworkers in a helpful, cooperative manner.

What a typical day looks like in this role:

• Loading and unloading trucks, moving material in a safe manner using forklift, pallet jack, handcart, or other device.
• Count, check, prepare, and record items being received or shipped.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route material for safe delivery or storage.
• Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts and stock checks
• Performs maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of NorthEast policies and procedures, general product knowledge, participate in training, and attend meetings as requested.
• Act in a helpful and cooperative manner towards customers and coworkers.
• Must acquire a working knowledge of the Eclipse software support system.
