Job summary

• Analyze and monitor warehouse orders using the WMS to ensure balanced workflow.
• Plan and release daily warehouse waves based on order volume, priorities, carrier schedules, and capacity.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, inventory, picking, packing, shipping and transportation teams.
• Track key metrics such as order volume, productivity, backlog and on-time shipment performance.
