Job summary

GEODIS is hiring for a Warehouse Operations Planner in the United States. The role focuses on monitoring warehouse systems, optimizing labor deployment, and coordinating waves to ensure smooth replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.

The candidate will build labor forecasts, monitor performance against KPIs, and collaborate across teams to drive efficiency. A high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with WMS/WCS in a distribution setting.
• Ability to analyze workflow and improve labor efficiency.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor WMS/WCS to assess workflow efficiency.
• Identify inefficiencies across replenishment, picking, packing, shipping; adjust waves and labor.
• Balance order queue with replenishment and packing requirements.
• Assist wave planners and oversee wave execution in WMS.
• Use forecasts to build labor plans for all functions.
• Handle maintenance requests based on KPIs.
