Job summary

The Coca-Cola UNITED division seeks a Warehouse Utility 1 to repack damaged packaging and keep a clean, safe warehouse. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring packaging integrity and efficient daily operations.

This role supports the repack process, reports damaged goods for recycling, and follows safety policies. The position requires 18+ years old, PPE usage, and weekend flexibility; benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, and a CDL tuition program.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Reading, writing and speaking English
• PPE as required by position and safety policies
• Forklift certification preferred
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule
• Regular and prompt attendance

Responsibilities

• Identify products in good sellable condition for repack process
• Account for and report products to be destroyed and recycled
• Follow repack process guidelines including date coding, cleaning, taping, gluing, and testing package integrity
• Maintain package quality and integrity while performing duties efficiently
• Operate pallet jack and forklift safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow written and oral instructions
• Load items, stack pallets and shells
• Perform duties as assigned by management
