Knight-Swift Supply Chain (KSSC) in Bentonville, AR is hiring a Utility Associate to support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient handling of materials in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site, full-time position requires a high school diploma, about one year of warehouse experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand-up forklift experience is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of basic warehousing, shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Loads raw material or finished product on skid or hand truck.
• Preserves a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat.
• Uses tools such as hammers and crowbars to remove strapping and open crates/boxes.
• Assists with product repair.
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the work area supervisor.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follows prescribed safety regulations and complies with all Company and OSHA Safety and Health rules.
• Proactively works to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives.
• Strap and secure goods to pallet.
• Receives, inspects, and sorts new inventory with RF scanner.
• Operates, monitors, and troubleshoots a stretch wrap machine.
