Job summary

C& S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Unloader in Windsor Locks, CT to help keep our distribution center running smoothly. You will work in a fast-paced environment, unloading pallets, recording receiving details, and moving product to the correct aisles as part of a productive team.

The role runs second shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 pm to 2:30 am, with hourly pay of $25 plus performance incentives.

Responsibilities

• Receive product, record codes, and break down pallets per procedures.
• Move merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, or clamp machines.
• Maneuver pallets from the dock to the correct aisles promptly.
• Maintain pace to prevent backlog of trucks or product.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete related forms.
• Lift 1–60 lbs and work on multiple levels safely.

As a Warehouse Unloader, you’ll be part of a productive team, tasked with keeping the warehouse stocked with product for our customers. This is a fast‑paced role, perfect for energetic individuals who are highly organized and like to stay active.

Full time, 2nd shift Monday- Friday - 6:00 pm -2:30 am 500 North St Windsor Locks, CT 06096

Earn $25.00 per hour, plus additional performance incentive pay

• Receiving product, recording code dates & breaking down pallets of product according to appropriate receiving procedures
• Utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise
• Maneuvering pallets of product from the dock to correct aisles
• Moving at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product
• Performing equipment inspections & completing appropriate forms
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• What’s a great way to stay in shape? Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc. Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more Frequently lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
