Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Unloaders in Farr West, UT. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring teamwork to unload freight, build pallets, and prepare goods for the next steps in the warehouse.

No prior warehouse experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be able to lift 25-75 lbs and maintain dependable attendance. Schedule is 6:00 AM to finish or 8:00 PM to finish, with weekly pay 800-1,200+. Benefits after 60 days and on-the-job training offered.

Qualifications

• Comfortable performing physical work for an entire shift.
• Able to repeatedly lift and move 25-75 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful.
• We'll train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Unloading boxes and merchandise from trailers.
• Moving freight to designated areas.
• Sorting and organizing products as they are unloaded.
• Building and stabilizing pallets.
• Preparing freight for the next stage.
• Checking products and quantities for accuracy.
• Keeping work area organized and free of hazards.
• Working with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Following all company safety procedures.
• Taking on additional warehouse duties as needed.
