Capstone Logistics, LLC in Norfolk, NE is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift (7:00 PM - Finish, Sun-Fri, with weekends off). You will perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, and housekeeping.

The role requires a high-energy, physically demanding environment. We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for career growth, with paid training and safety incentives as part of our high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs; capable of handling physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willing to train the right candidate in site operations.
• Previous warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but not required.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
