Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking Warehouse Associates to perform a variety of warehouse duties across loading, unloading, picking, auditing, repacking and palletizing. Shifts include 1st: 5:30AM - Finish and 2nd: 3:30PM - Finish, with 8–10 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic required for fast-paced, physical work.
• Must be able to lift 25-75 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but not required, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleaning and basic maintenance as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
