Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Morrisville, NC for 1st shift, MON-FRI 4:30AM start. This part-time role offers weekly pay and growth opportunities within a high-performance culture.

You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and maintaining a clean work area. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse work.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments.
• Select, palletize, and sort inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Support site leadership with tasks.

$500-$700 paid weekly

1st Shift MON-FRI 4:30AM-finish

(Part Time/No more than 30 hours a week)

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
