Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Unloader in South Windsor, CT. This role supports 2nd and 3rd shifts (9:00 PM–5:30 AM and 2:00 PM–10:30 PM) as part of a 7‑day operation with a 5‑day work week.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will load/unload, select, audit, repack, sort, palletize and perform duties assigned by site leadership. Physical, high‑energy work; prior warehouse experience is helpful but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced, physically demanding work.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs as needed; materials vary in weight.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing and related duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
