Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Unloader in Cookeville, TN. This fast-paced, on-site role starts early morning and runs Monday–Friday with weekly pay. You will unload trailers, sort and palletize goods, and help move freight around the warehouse.

We offer paid training, benefits after 60 days, safety incentives, and chances to grow within the company as you gain experience traveling to locations across the country.

Warehouse Unloader

The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Unloader, you'll work as part of a hands-on team unloading and moving freight throughout the warehouse. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position where your effort directly contributes to the team's success.

What You'll Do

• Unload freight from trailers and move products throughout the warehouse
• Sort, palletize, repack and organize products
• Load and haul freight as needed
• Audit and verify products
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership

What to Expect

• Cold dock environment - the warehouse is maintained at cooler temperatures, so you'll want to dress appropriately
• Physical, active work throughout your shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying of 25-75 lbs.
• Fast-paced production environment
• Team-oriented workplace where reliability and a strong work ethic matter
