Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Unloader in Alcoa, TN. This role involves unloading freight, organizing products, and ensuring smooth warehouse flow on a 1st shift from 6:00 AM. Weekly pay and a full-time schedule are offered.

The position requires physical ability to lift 25-75 pounds, a sense of reliability, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Training is provided and safety policies must be followed.

• Experience in warehouse unloading or general labor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently.
• Sort, stage, and palletize products for warehouse operations.
• Move product throughout the facility as needed.
• Assist with freight handling, repacking, and product organization.
• Inspect freight for visible damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain productivity and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership.

Warehouse Unloader

Location: Alcoa, TN
Pay: $600 - $900 Weekly
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - Finish
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Unloaders to support inbound freight operations in a distribution center environment. This is a physically active role responsible for safely unloading freight, organizing product, and helping ensure the efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently
• Sort, stage, and palletize products for warehouse operations
• Move product throughout the facility as needed
• Assist with freight handling, repacking, and product organization

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods
• Comfortable performing physical labor in a warehouse environment
• Ability to safely perform essential job functions throughout the workday
