Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. (Dal-Tile) is hiring a Warehouse Truck Driver II for our St. George, Utah operation.

You will deliver customer orders, unload at countertop locations and job sites, and assist with warehouse duties as needed. A clean driving record and forklift certification help, with CDL preferred for advancement. You will handle delivery paperwork, COD payments, and maintain the truck and logs, while following safety rules.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• CDL preferred.
• Must be a Certified Forklift Operator.

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptionallocalTruck Driverto join our TEAM! As theTruck Driverwe need someone whodeliver customer orders.This position involves daily use of forkliftand/or crane forklift equipment.

Primary Objective

Delivers customer orders and supports warehouse function in conjunction with delivery activities.

Major Function and Scope

• Delivers and unloads product orders at designated countertop locations , customers and job sites.
• Processes delivery paperwork and COD payments.
• Maintains driving record truck log.
• Ensures routine truck maintenance is performed.
• Performs necessary warehouse tasks in conjunction with deliveries such as pulling/assembling orders and loading delivery truck.
• Provides assistance to warehouse staff in performing normal warehouse duties such as unloading and storing of inbound material and shipping tasks.
• May take and enter customer orders as needed.
• Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required

• HS diploma or equivalent experience; CDL preferred (Commercial Driver’s License); must be a Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Good driving skills
• Safety conscious
