Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is immediately hiring two Warehouse Training Coordinators in Miami, FL for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The trainer will deliver PIT training and on-the-job instruction, reporting to the Account Training Supervisor.

The role requires a HS diploma/GED and at least one year of training experience, plus familiarity with powered industrial trucks. Flexible shifts and the opportunity to work across departments are expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• One year or more experience in training preferred.
• One year or more experience driving PIT equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer on the job training for new and existing employees in a one-on-one or group setting.
• Perform operational work in warehouse departments outside training to meet staffing needs.
• Cross train in all warehouse areas and PIT equipment.
• Update and maintain training documents and create new ones for various departments.
• Conduct standard work audits to ensure adherence to processes.
