Qualifications

Job Description

We are immediately hiring two Warehouse Training Coordinator in Miami, FL for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

• Pay Type: Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $23.00 per day shift and $24.00 for over-night shift
• Schedule: Day schedule is Sunday through Wednesday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM & Overnight schedule is Sunday through Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

This new operation requires a high degree of schedule flexibility, as shifts and coverage needs are still being developed. Employees must be available to work additional hours, days, and varying schedules as necessary to meet business demands.

SUMMARY

The Trainer - Warehouse Operations will report to the Account Training Supervisor and provide on the job training and Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) training to new and existing employees. Trainers will also be asked to work in various departments outside of their training role as necessary due to staffing and customer demand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

EDUCATION

H.S. diploma/GED

EXPERIENCE

One (1) year or more experience Training background preferred

One (1) year or more experience in driving various PIT equipment
