Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring two Warehouse Training Coordinators in Miami, FL to provide on-the-job and powered industrial trucks (PIT) training for new and existing staff.

This role supports multiple warehouse departments and requires flexibility with schedule and coverage as business demands change. Responsibilities include administering PIT training, cross-training across areas, updating training documents, and performing audits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of training experience preferred.
• 1+ year driving PIT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Administer on the job training and PIT training to new and existing employees.
• Perform operational work in various warehouse departments as needed.
• Cross train in all warehouse areas and on all PIT equipment.
• Update and maintain training documents and create new ones.
• Perform standard work audits with employees to ensure adherence to process.
