Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Training Supervisor to manage onboarding and development of nonexempt warehouse employees, promoting growth and safety across the distribution network. You will lead Trainers and Trainees, oversee new hire training, and ensure learning aligns with KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in retail operations, distribution, or logistics, with proven ability to deliver training programs, strong communication, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in retail operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Prior experience as a warehouse trainer or supervisor preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver training programs, dependable, and deadline-oriented.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to hire, develop, and retain Trainers, and recommend Trainee hiring.
• Conduct floor observations, coach Trainers to improve performance, and implement new training programs.
• Address performance gaps using performance management techniques to meet KPIs.
• Ensure new hires receive and comprehend orientation materials to facilitate successful onboarding.
• Assess training effectiveness and safety, recommending improvements.
• Communicate with the Field Training Team to align training initiatives.
• Promote employee engagement through local and corporate activities that reflect company values.
• Prepare and present training metrics to evaluate coaching and development impact.
