Qualifications

• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (reach forklifts) safely.
• Ability to train and coach employees and assess proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-management.

Responsibilities

• Train, cross-train and recognize staff to drive continuous improvement.
• Instruct safe operation of forklifts via video and classroom.
• Test proficiency with written and practical exams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively and adapt to different learning styles.
• Investigate problems and implement corrections.
• Complete daily reports timely.
• Support leadership as warehouse lead backup.
• Maintain facility cleanliness using 5S.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
