Qualifications

Experience developing and implementing compliance strategies and plans.
Forklift training certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate shift training on safety, operations, quality, and procedure updates.
Implement on-the-job training programs to improve site performance.
Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees.
Plan and deliver new hire orientation training.
Ensure training data is entered into the training matrix and documentation is up to date.
Ensure site safety and training programs meet regulatory, DSV, and client requirements.
