Job summary

NRI 3PL in Henderson, NV is seeking an Order Fulfillment Processor to join our warehouse team. You will assist with picking, packing, auditing, QC, ticketing, and tagging for products from our active lifestyle clients. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with shift differentials; a range from $16–$18 per hour applies across shifts. No prior warehouse experience is required, but learning our WMS, reliability, and strong

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required, but it’s a plus.
• Ability to learn our basic Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Background and pre-employment drug tests are part of our hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, scanning, and tagging alongside general warehouse duties.
• Following NRI safety rules, procedures, and SOPs.
• Keeping work and storage areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.

As an Order Fulfillment Processor, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in picking, packing, auditing, QC, ticketing, and tagging. You’ll be working with product from some awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Employees selected for conversion will remain on their current shift:

• Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM @ $16.00/hr
• Monday–Friday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM @ $17.00/hr
• Wednesday - Sunday: (Weekdays: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Weekends: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) @ $17.00/hr
• Saturday - Wednesday: (Weekdays: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Weekends: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) @ $17.00/hr
• Wednesday - Sunday: (Weekdays: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Weekends: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM) @ $18.00 /hr
• Saturday - Wednesday: (Weekdays: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Weekends: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM) @ $18.00 /hr

Starting Pay:

$16 per hour + Shift differential

All About You

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• No previous warehouse experience is required but it is always a plus!
• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves

• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Must be able to read/comprehend English

• Picking, packing, scanning, tagging along with other general warehouse duties
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
