Job summary

U.S. AutoForce is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload tires and auto parts, stock materials, and support inventory control. You will operate forklifts or picker equipment in a fast-paced environment and participate in safety programs.

You must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, with team lifts for heavy tires. Overtime may be required; occasional cross-department support is possible.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment for heavy tires.
• Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or tires.
• Work at heights of up to 25 feet, operating equipment safely.
• Be on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to safety policies and procedures across the team.
• May assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call.
• Duties may include other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
